1. Purpose
These Terms and Conditions of Sale govern all bookings, services, and product purchases made via the Miu Studio website. By confirming a booking or placing an order, the client fully accepts these terms without reservation.
2. Services and Products

Beauty services (nail appointments) are provided only upon reservation through the website.

Press-on nails are made-to-order and tailored to the client’s measurements (custom products).
3. Pricing
All prices are indicated in euros (€), inclusive of VAT (BE 0549.767.789).
Miu Studio reserves the right to modify prices at any time, but services and products will always be billed at the rate in effect at the time of purchase or booking.
4. Orders and Bookings

Bookings are confirmed only after completion via the online reservation system.

Custom press-on nails require the client to upload a photo of their nails with a reference object (e.g., a €1 coin) to ensure correct sizing.

The client is responsible for providing accurate information (measurements, photos, and personal details).
5. Payment

Payments are made online via secure payment providers (e.g., Stripe, PayPal, or equivalent).

No order will be confirmed without full payment.

For services, Miu Studio may introduce a deposit system; if so, clients will be informed in advance on the booking page.
6. Withdrawal and Refund Policy
In accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU, Article 16, the right of withdrawal does not apply to:

Services already performed,

Custom-made press-on nails, which cannot be returned or refunded once production has started.
Refunds are only possible in case of error attributable to Miu Studio (e.g., wrong product delivered).
7. Delivery of Press-On Nails

Orders are shipped to the address provided by the client at checkout.

Delivery times are given as estimates and may vary depending on the carrier.

Miu Studio cannot be held responsible for delays due to external logistics providers.
8. Customer Responsibilities
The client must:

Provide accurate and up-to-date information when placing an order or booking,

Follow aftercare instructions for press-on nails,

Respect the scheduled appointment time (for in-salon services).
9. Liability
Miu Studio is not liable for:

Damages caused by incorrect use of products (e.g., misuse of press-on nails),

Issues resulting from inaccurate data provided by the client (e.g., incorrect nail measurements),

Delays or failures due to force majeure events.
10. Data Protection
Personal data collected (name, address, email, photos, etc.) is used exclusively for booking management, order processing, and customer communication.
All practices comply with the GDPR (EU 2016/679). Clients may request access, modification, or deletion of their data by contacting the owner via email.
11. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by Belgian law.
In case of dispute, the competent courts of Brussels shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
